Game Idea: Non violent Final Fantasy exploration game where you play as a guy working to build a Bestiary of monsters on an unexplored continent. You work together with a group of mercenaries to watch monsters in the wild, take photos, examine corpses, and see how they fight and live. You are limited to several non-offensive spells and items. No bad guy trying to take over the world, no evil entity, just you, some mercs, a camera, and a gorgeous world to explore, filled with old ruins and big beasties. Its like a combination of Pokemon Snap and Final Fantasy, without being railroaded everywhere and with more cool shit to do.
