Sweet, sweet anon. That’s why it takes me so long to update every time. I just occasionally get…so tired of explaining myself and this whole thing to people again and again. I blame it on the young age of most people in the KnB fandom, since most of us aged out of it eventually, but it’s really hard to re-explain the same three concepts every time. Akashi is asexual and sex-repulsed in this: he’s going to get rid of his heat, fight for his right not to be sold off as a thing and will not concede and have sex with the love interest, Kuroko, even when they will eventually develop romantic feelings for each others. I’m not going to budge on this.

I’m so flattered that you’d look up me, honestly, and also very happy that you like my fics so much! Don’t worry about the haters, honey: I’m a small bean too, but I’m fierce and I can deal with anything. Just focus on having fun, loving who you are because you’re an am-ace-ing person and let me return all your love <3

I will most definitely update No One Expected This To Be Easy, and I actually posted a snippet from the next chapter last night here, but Through Gold and Iron Chains is a bit of a touch and go and the moment, I’d like to but I have so little time and so many other projects and being out of the fandom makes it less appealing to me than other stories… We’ll see about it, I guess ^^
