Some of these are tough.

But, I would have to say Amren’s true form. I love both, don’t get me wrong, but I feel like Amren’s was more drastic and I loved that. 

Nessian or Elucian… While I love my baby Lucien, and I want him to be happy and loved and have all the sweetness of Elain the deadly cinnamon roll, I say Nessian. The salt, the back and forth, the fights, that deep caring in those touches and her seeking him out after battle… I love it so much it hurts. 

And definitely the Bone Carver.  I really loved him. He was probably one of my most favorite side characters in this book, I looked forward to any scene involving him, and I became very attached.

In high school, my best friend (chica) had a boyfriend that loved pda. One day, someone told him to lessen up, and he said that it was his “job.” My friend Dani said that chica was “no ones job” and from then on it was a running joke. And when I couldn’t think of a witty url I decided to use “noonesjob”

Hey I was just wondering, I saw your book page folding post and I think it's a really amazing idea. And I just wanted to know your system for it because I'd love to start doing it or something similar!!

Hi anon! Thanks for complimenting the idea, my friends say I’m a monster 😄

It varies a little on the book but the basis remains the same.

The most important scenes or the ones that strike me the most, I fold the page in half. Sometimes I unfold it and recognize it by the crease in the middle, but other times I just unfold it to reread and then refold it when I’m done.

The corner folds are what change. Top corner folds are less important or things like fluff or conversations where something makes me laugh. The good and giddy kind of stuff. The only time I mark a top page with something more plot relevant is when I double fold.

If a scene on a page is incredibly shocking, noteworthy, or stands out more than others, I fold the top and bottom corners of the same page.

Bottom folds have more to do with plot than with fluff or personal scenes between characters that make me gush.

If two pages back to back need marked, which it does happen, with the same kind of mark I’ll fold it on one page then fold back on the next to have a line of sorts on the second page. That’s a little difficult to explain without pictures though.

The size of the fold matters too. A smaller fold is less important than a bigger fold. I have about 4 or 5 general fold sizes that let me know how important the note is.
