A charming Regency romance with yearninnnng galore.

June Fairmont’s family is one of the true gems of the book, and the wonderful slow-burn drawn out with witty banter between June and Gregory was just what I needed. Gregory was a treat of a character.

I loved the Fairmont family (especially January) and their interactions. I really enjoyed the illustrations and how every loose end was tied up at the end. I would definitely read further books by L. N. Jacobs, and would love to read more about the Fairmont family.
