Nordics sleeping habits

Iceland: night owl. Goes to bed around 2-3 a.m. Sleeps on his side, in fetal position, hugging the teddy bear Lukas gave him when he was 7. He sometimes mumbles in his sleep. He often has nightmares and goes to Norway for comfort.

Norway: the "I f*****g need 8 hours of sleep before I wake up" person. He can be a morning person (meaning that he went to bed around ten p.m.) but usually sleeps until nine or ten a.m. He curls up under a thick blanket, staying on the edge of the bed (but never falling), used to Emil sleeping with him because of his nightmares.

Denmark: morning person. Sleeps in starfish position on his back. Grins a lot in his sleep. He loves sleeping naked (sorry, I had to XD)

Finland: morning person. But he needs coffee. A lot of coffee... He sleeps sprawled on the bed, laying on his stomach. Has a lot of weird dreams: from Lukas smiling, to Berwald making a flower garland, to Ivan killing him in his sleep... Oh wait! "Was it really just a dream?!"

Sweden: the sleep deprived person. He doesn't really sleep at night because he wants to protect his "wife" from Ivan's potential attacks. Falls asleep during the day. He tries his best not to, but damn, "that armchair seems so comfortable... I'll just sit down for a few minutes..."

That's what happens when they're alone in bed... But what about sleeping with someone else?

For you all, fangirls and fanboys (no sexual discrimination XD), and for my own pleasure, here we go!!

DenNor: spoon position (Mathias is the big spoon) Lukas won't admit, but he's rather cuddly when he's tired and his lover adores it. Lots of kissing, hair playing and maybe something else (maybe). But still... MATHIAS, PUT ON YOUR UNDERWEAR, PLEASE!

NorIce: two awkward boys staring in each other's eyes while laying on their side. Lukas hugs Emil, who rests his head on Norway's chest, listening to his heartbeat, allowing himself to calm down after a frightening nightmare. Soft kisses on the forehead, cheeks and lips, loving caresses, soothing words and lullabies.

SuFin: Berwald lays on his back and Tino rests his head on Sweden's chest. Lots of cuddling, cute smiles and soft laughs. Berwald plays with Tino's hair until he gets sleepy. That's the only situation in which Sweden feels like allowing himself to get some sleep during night time.

Nordics music headcanons

I imagine Norway spending a lot of time with Finland. They would just listen to music (rock, metal... These kind of genres) together and eat sweets. A lot of sweets.

Norway loves alternative rock, hard rock, metal... But he enjoys Alexander Rybak as well as classical music. He listens to piano music while reading. 

Finland listens to rock, metal, pop, so he's similar to Norway, but... Classical music makes him sleepy! 

Sweden loves ABBA too much. Really. Finland is scared. But deep inside he enjoys seeing Berwald so happy and care-free while ABBA are playing: his "husband" would sing along and smile contently every time he hears one of their songs. 

Denmark listens to pop music and non-sense songs. He just wants to feel the happy vibes radiate from the song he's listening to, so he doesn't really care about the words. 

Both Denmark and Sweden won't admit it, but one night they were really drunk and they started singing and dancing together "Mamma mia". 

Iceland listens to everything. From rap to pop to rock... He likes videogames themes and anime openings. His music taste depends on his mood. He can switch from Amy Lee to Taylor Swift really fast.
