Today (April 13) is the National Day of Action for the Carry That Weight Coalition, working to support survivors of sexual and domestic violence by demanding better policies on college campuses to prevent and respond to gender-based violence.

Last night we were at Columbia with No Red Tape and Carry That Weight, who are working to end sexual violence and rape culture at Columbia University, and fighting for transformative, sustainable, survivor-centered solutions everywhere. Yesterday incoming students touring the campus were greeted by No Red Tape with projections, banners and flyers about upcoming events, including a Teach In today at noon.
