Week 5 of marathon training finished today. Highlights included a 5 mile run along the seafront on Wednesday during strong winds. It was pretty dumb as I ended up getting pinged with shingle from the beach. Still there were other runners out so I wasn't the only loon. I'm going out with the Norfolk square crew tonight. I'm Looking forward to it as I haven't seen those guys for months. Look out brighton here I come. If I start posting bizarre selfies with my freinds please forgive me I'm probably drunk.
