Did you find a good mneumonic device because that would be very useful you have peaked my interest?

Ok so what I found is this sentence : "Before bugging busy dwarves, first kill Gollum over night or don't bother trying!"

Every first letter of the word is an initial for one of the dwarves : Bofur, Bombur, Balin, Dwalin, Fili, Kili, Gloin, Oin, Nori, Ori, Dori, Bifur, Thorin. Like, just looking at the sentence I was able to list them all (except Bifur. Because I couldn't get myself to remember what snealy twist of the same god damn letters that form the same god damn word I was missing). ok so if you remember the sentence you should be able to get almost all of them, if not all. BUT this sentence is like, not the most natural sentence that comes to my mind when I try to remember the Company's Dwarves names (an everyday occurence, of course) so I don't use this thing. If you have time, here it is : mostly I try to remember that there is 4 families in the Company : the brothers Ur, the brothers In, the brothers Ri, and the fucking Durin's heirs. (yeaaaaah, they're not all brothers. Brothers in the large sense. Related persons if you prefer)

So you're not gonna forget any of Durin's heirs, because they're three, one of them is pretty much the main character of the gig, the other one is "the cutest dwarf ever oh my I would absolutly braid his beard" (don't lie) plus he have a central interracial love story in the plot of the movie so you can't exactly fuck it up, and the last one is supposed to become king one day. Bae. Then we have the Urs : Bofur, the one with the cute chapka. He's the one you would probably go for if all the Durin's heirs were taken (or, you know, dead). Bombur is the fat redhead - pretty sure he's average sized for a grown up dwarf and Thorin's just a skinny one but DONT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE KING UNDER THE MOUNTAIN SO WE'LL SAY BOMBUR IS FAT. Bifur is the one with the salt and pepper hair+beard that is not Thorin. Also he doesn't talk. So, the less bitchy of the salt and pepper haired dwarves. (here, you already have 6 dwarves. You're not gonna forget them now.)The brothers In. Now I'm not sure they're related, but I mean their names end up the same so I'll say that have to mean something. (because I'm related to every person in the world whom name end up in "ette") Balin is the old wise one who acts kind of like the counsellor of Thorin - the one that was not hot but had enough lines to be noticed. Dwalin is the bald one - some of the fandom ships him with Ori, if you get in the bandwagon you won't forget what he looks like anymore. Gloin is Gimli's dad (that's enough to remember him, fight me). Oin is the deaf one with  the ear trumpet. Then the Ri brothers : Ori is the cute one you kinda fell in ove with but not really because somehow your love felt like it would tarnish the guy. Dori is the one with white hair you didn't notice, maybe because his mane is shorter and nowhere near as majestuous as Balin's one. Nori is the one with triangle-shaped hair. Or star shaped, I'm not sure. Also, he have three braids in his beard. 

tl;dr : THE KIND UNDER THE MOUNTAIN - cute/hot dwarf you would bang if Tauriel wasn't in the way - his brother that one day may become king (bae) - chapka - redhead - silent salt and pepper hair - wise counsellor that is kinda a dwarf-Gandalf - baldy - Gimli's dad - ear trumpet - baby cat - other white haired dude - triangle head. That's it your remember them now.
