how chiaki manage noritama/ryusei juniors

sometimes i think about how chiaki handle 3 junior during early ryuseitai time. i do think he would have trouble about managing them, and direct them into doing this, but i wonder if he ever snaps... well, noritama a bit handful that time but i dont think it would be possible. theres 2 reason : 1. he dont have balls to do it 2. its the second time he has junior and he dont wanna dissapoint them like how he 'dissapoint' subaru

alhthough i wouldnt really think he have trouble handling noritama.. chiaki in general is super good with kids/younger guy. his parents also a very warm people that might affect chiaki way too guide people.
