Technically, you didn't impregnate anyone - it's just a thing growing in their skin. Also the parasite is a symbiote and it came from me (which is why you did the surgery because the symbiote was healing me and protecting me from starving and you were desperate enough to want to do the surgery (to give yourself the symbiote so you wouldn't starve) - which I consented to!!
