“What’s wrong with you?”  X asked, looking down at Y.  Y glanced up and shrugged slightly.  X caught their chin and forced them to look up.  They did not fight, and that was a first.  If Y was not fighting back, there had to be something seriously wrong.  “When was the last time you slept?”  They shrugged one shoulder again.
