I've missed posting but I've been in a pretty big funk lately.

El New York Steak es un corte del bife angosto, por lo tanto, es muy blando y sabroso porque tiene mucha grasa intercalada. Ya enseñamos a prepararlo con una manteca de hiervas increíble, pero hoy quiero enseñarles una receta  para saborear esta carne increíble.

Sazon: sal, pimienta, cayena, tomillo fresco, mantequilla, aciete

Instrucciones: Condimente el New York Steak con sal, ajo, y cayena al gusto!

En general, calenta el sarten con aciete a 200c - y sella la carne cada lado por 5minutos.  Tan pronto como la carne llegue al punto deseado, retirenla del sartén y déjela descansar por lo menos 5 minuto para que los jugos internos se asienten. Ahí, basta servir y disfrutar del New York Steak sabroso!!!
