A type of Varia Maria found in Buddy World, Wing Alayna. Its discovery predates its classification as a Varia Maria, which led to an interesting conflict of accounts. One of the initial myths about Varia Marias was that all of them had red flowers. This was disproven fairly early on, but one myth that is persistent is the idea that only one specimen of Varia Maria exists in each location it is found. This led to the idea that a specimen found up north was the Buddy World Varia Maria specimen, when in fact it was one of several. This misconception led to there being two separately identified flowers, the Buddy World Varia Maria up north and the Tuliani found in central Wing Alayna, until the reports were compared and they were found to be the one and the same species.
The stamen have a honey-like taste. The petals are mild with an herbal taste, and the leaves taste rather grassy. The stem is also rather woody, especially closer to the base.
