Tomu gasped as he came out of his dream, eyes frantically looking around in confusion as he tried to make out where he was. Before he’d slipped, he’d been heading home from work, CONTEMPLATING if he should stop at a convenience store to get some chips, and the next thing he knew he was dreaming about a woman. She’d felt so real and so close, he knew she was someone important, which is why he’d chased after her, but just when he thought he would grab onto her hand, he’d awoken. The cold air hit is skin and he shivered, looking for any kind of path or road, but all he saw was trees.
