We all made that mistake to one degree or another. I mean, I’m glad there are people who actually enjoyed the series and have no hard feelings. I think that would so much easier than feeling so completely blindsided.

Blindsided, yes, same.  Maybe we can salvage bits and pieces but the whole just seems like a slap in the face.  sigh

I laughed out loud with joy. I mean knowing Chibnall, I had a strong hope it could happen. But having recently been burned, I didn't allow myself to get too invested. But I am so excited for 13!!!!

I was cautiously hopeful, but also after being burned I didn’t really let myself honestly hope. So I’m over the moon

LOL I actually read this as you accidentally bought coffee *for* Hugh Jackman. Now THAT would have been a story.

OH MY GOD, I didn’t even think about it reading that way. I know exactly how I’d feel if I bought coffee FOR Hugh Jackman and it would be incoherent screaming in all caps on the inside and heavy nervous sweating on the outside.

That would have been a much better story that my trip to wal-mart. LOL
