Does some kind of social anxiety keep you from reaching out to people and really living the Happy life you truly want? ⠀ When I was young, I had terrible anxiety. I felt like I was the most AWKWARD kid around.⠀ ⠀ It wasn’t until I started to see that most people have some degree of anxiety, and when I stop thinking about my own discomfort, and start focusing on putting OTHERS at ease that socializing became easier for me.⠀ ⠀ One of the first things we can do for ourselves is to give ourselves a lot of grace.
