                  narae wasn’t one to sulk or grovel in public, especially given her family history. ( her mother wasn’t allowed to make a scene or else it would be all over the news so she grew up with that mindset, even if she herself wasn’t a celebrity. ) but she’d overheard something at the bar that triggered one terrible memory of her ex, and she finally snapped. it was about time. “i’m alone at this bar on a cruise for people who are also as miserable as i am. isn’t this kinda pathetic?” though it was said to no one in particular, her voice was so loud, she was sure everyone else around would hear her.

"coming right up!”  hyunwoo calls out, as he practically dashes over to the other end of the bar. “hi, i’m so sorry to bother you, but can you please pretend you’re completely engrossed in an urgently interesting conversation with me as i make this other guest’s cocktail very slowly?” he could only hope that the neon lights of the bar were enough to hide how furiously he was blushing. “they keep asking for a ‘sex on the beach,’ but when i give them the cocktail, they keep arguing that it’s not what they want, and.. they just— they tried to lick my hand. so, please?”

          “  so  i  heard  ,  ”  lara  starts  ,  reaching  for  her  glass  of  iced  coffee  .  “  there’s  an  oceanarium  somewhere  on  this  ship  .  ”  sips  their  coffee  .  “  have  you  gone  to  check  it  out  yet  ?  ”

LOCATION:    acropolis    museum

          when  it  was  announced  that  the  ship  would  be  docking  in  greece  ,  devika  couldn’t  help  but  internally  cheer  .  the  acropolis  museum  was  the  FIRST  thing  on  their  list  of  sites  to  visit  .  steps  halt  in  front  of  the  statue  of  nike  .  “  it’s  weird  to  imagine  that  these  statues  were  once  painted  ,  ”  she  muses  ,  turning  to  the  person  next  to  her  .  “  i  almost  prefer  that  they  remain  like  this  .  what  do  you  think  ?  ”

🖋️ LOCATION : somewhere on the streets of nafplio

GETTING LOST IN A FOREIGN, BREATHTAKING COUNTRY was definitely not in miguel's bucket list. then again, he doesn't have a bucket list to begin with. but here he is. after hours of wandering around the town, solely relying to a navigation software, taking scenery photos, googling ' things to do in greece ' — the data usage drained his phone. with no other way to use to navigate his way back to the airnb he and niran booked for their stay, the only thing he can hope for now is to pray ask for help for those mythology greek gods to help him. mayhaps, hermes ? ' wasn't he a flying god or something. ' miguel asks his self, obviously being unserious with his situation right now. he knows nothing about the greece except the books he once read back in high school by rick riordan, and the pretty pics he saw on google.

he stopped on his tracks when he spotted a familiar figure, he can't really tell who from afar as he has an eyesight of a bat. "hi, i'm sorry but i'm kind of lost. do you have a power bank with you that i can borrow?" he asks, flashing a smile in hopes he don't creep the other party out. "and do you know a place that has good food and drinks?"

location: ch health & emergencies.

                     “hello?” teddy had never been a patient person. it came with the job, she supposes. kitchens were fast-paced and she just learned to live the rest of her life similarly. so when she gets to the door of health & emergencies, she’s ready to spill her guts. literally. and she really doesn’t want to. so she calls for whoever’s there to get some help. “jesus, what’s a girl gotta do to get some attention here?”

location: a restaurant somewhere in crete

                                   it wasn’t difficult for teddy to feel at home in the various towns within greece. though it was still very different from her hometown, the woman felt a sense of belonging here, almost like she had family in this town. so it isn’t so hard to believe that she’s already made friends with the locals despite being here for less than a day. she’s got a glass of raki in hand, smiling at the local bland playing their own rendition of what sounds like... call me maybe? “don’t you just love this sorta stuff? oh, here. try some of the fried snails, they’re so good.”

“ah, ah— what are you doing?” callista protests, words running into each other, as she pried the alcohol away from her companion’s mouth. “you promised you’re the sober friend tonight, and i get to be drunk and carried to my room!” in reality, she was neither certain there was really any pact, nor if this is the same companion she’s been with for the past few hours. it’s just that callista would very much like to be wasted tonight, and she knew she needed someone to temper her inebriated turbulence. “what was your name again?”
