welcome to the headmate art factory!

examples of what this blog can be used for:

a loose ref or avatar for an existing headmate with a known appearance

the same for headmates without a pre-defined appearance

finding a similar but new appearance for fictives/factives/etc who want to source-separate

inspiration for created headmates or developing fragments

you can request with as much or as little info as you like, but here are some examples of things you might want to include:

species

gender, presentation

aesthetics, outfit preferences, color palette

interests and likes

notable features

overall "vibes"

a picrew or other image to use as a loose reference

important notes:

all art originally posted to this blog is free for any noncommercial use and editing with credit, by anyone (not just the original requester), unless otherwise stated. blog username is sufficient for credit.

requests will be drawn in whatever style and to whatever level of detail we have energy for. it'll be a bit of a grab bag but generally they'll be digital, flat colored, with sketchy or clean lineart.

art is provided as-is. we may be willing to make very minor adjustments but we will not do the same level of back and forth as we do with commissions, so if you want specific things make sure to include them in your request!

we often get ideas for names, genders, and assorted traits as we draw. let us know if you would like us to include these extras in our post!

we frankly don't make enough fun casual art and i love filling art requests, so i thought this would be a nice way to push us to do a little more!

usual software is procreate for ipad, just default brushes.

commissions are also open, we don't have a nice sheet at the moment but can provide rates and examples in dms.
