Hey fellas, just a quick post to say that, after witnessing absolutely heinous bullying and general fandom bullshit, I no longer feel comfortable in the Higgs fandom and am not that likely to update here. I won't delete the blog simply because I want to leave my fics up and in a place people can read them, but I'm appalled by how some people in this space behave, and it's turned me off from producing content that has the potential to feed them. To the wonderful people I've met here (which to be fair is most of you, at least over here in this little blog space where my following isn't that big), thank you for being fun, solid people. To the bullies and chronically online weirdos: do better.

Most of the stuff on this account is currently gender neutral and will likely remain that way! 'Good girl' just felt appropriate in that spot ( if this is about my latest work with sleep deprived!reader ) and that's how it'll be from time to time, but I assure you it's based on vibe and not specific preference.

I myself am nonbinary/trans ( haven't quite figured out the label I want to use yet, but surgey is in my future! ) so I absolutely understand what you're asking. As a general rule of thumb, I default to gender neutral stuff or, for detailed smut, afab stuff as that's what I'm personally familiar with. You are absolutely more than welcome to request male reader specific stuff if you'd like though! Higgs is PAN AS FUCK and no one can convince me otherwise, so none of you are safe 😈

Tldr: Most of the work here WILL be explicitly gender neutral, for the convenience of everybody, but there are times I want to go into more detail / write specific dynamics or tropes ( like right now i have a Higgs/short woman thing in the works and again, it's based on vibe alone! ) and will default to what feels right. Again, you're more than welcome to make male reader suggestions / requests ( though, like with any request, I reserve the right not to do it if it isn't sparking joy! ), and I hope you continue to enjoy the majority of my work! ❤️
