i absolutely LOVE this podcast and you should def listen!!! it’s called “not overthinking” and some of the podcast episodes have seriously changed my life. they talk about “...happiness, creativity, and the human condition.” just take a listen to one of them while you’re cleaning your room or house or something and just know that you’ll thank me later :)
