Pecan Sandies Icebox Cake I'm sure you've seen classic "icebox cakes" done with thin chocolate wafers or even Oreos, but my boyfriend's grandparents have given him about 5 billion packages of Keebler Pecan Sandies since I've lived here, and I thought I'd make use of them. It came out pretty tasty and it's stupidly easy. If you use hard cookies (like these,) just soak them in milk before you layer them.
And you probably have all the ingredients already.
