added the equiv of like 5-6 teaspoons of paprika to my eggs instead of one cause I just decided to pour it directly onto them, not thinking I had the giant opening open instead of the sprinkler. lol

I think some of my struggle with parts language is it- because my first experience with it was with IFS it makes it easier to push things away or push them onto other people. X has expressed a lot of anger, so all anger is theirs. Y has expressed feelings of in adequacy so all feelings like that belong to them.

I think this can cause confusion of what's actually going on internally.

you can use the nutritional yeast as a cheese substitute for pasta etc :)
