"I guess this is the part where we shake hands and say 'nice to meet you', right?"
Frodo smiled at the girl in front of him, then held out his hand for her to shake it.”Yes I suppose you are right.”he replied then indroduced himself to her.”My name is Frodo.”
In all of Arwen's years, she had only been to the Shire a few times. Elves and most other creatures typically saw no need to visit the dwellings of the hobbits and of men, but in light of recent events, a quiet and peaceful place seemed like the perfect thing to Arwen.
Arwen felt as though she could truly breathe in Hobbiton. The trees were tall and fat, as opposed the sky high, twig thin trees in Rivendell. Hobbiton was filled with sleepy brooks and quiet streams. The cozy hobbit holes hid, burrowed under the ground, their doors, lawns, and windows being the only things that gave them away.
Arwen stopped by a small brook, avoiding the strange glances from the residents of Hobbiton - it was quite obvious that elves and dwarves were considered queer folk here.
At the first sight of a friendly looking young girl, Arwen smiled. In Hobbiton it seemed like most of them were grumpy despite their serene surroundings. "Le suilon," Arwen said to her with a welcoming smile. "I am Arwen."
