OPEN PARA
8 pm. The cafe closed in an hour, and there wasn't a single person in sight. Theodore was sorely tempted to skip out on the last hour and just go home. He didn't have anything else going on tonight, though, so there was no rush. He just needed something to do other than stare out the window at the empty street. Doodling on the napkins at the counter no longer held his attention, and the batteries in the small radio on the shelf had died earlier that morning.
With a groan, Teddy drops his head onto the counter, resulting in a rather loud thud.
