I found it!!! It was issue 48. Thank you so much, darling! 

And yeah, technically speaking, Magneto caused the bullet to graze against her temple in order to manipulate Pietro (and thus Wanda, too) into turning against the Avengers and going with him again. So it's not as extreme as I made it sound, but I couldn't think of a way to phrase it properly at the time.  xD

Natasha was exhausted physically and mentally. It'd been a long three day mission, she had more knife gashes and bruise than she had gotten herself in a while. Her bag drops to the floor and she can smell him, knows she's not alone. "What are you doing here? Do you want a drink because once I come in here, I'm not getting back up." she hollers back towards him. No answer. She shrugs and grabs them both a bottle of their favorite alcohols. "Hey," and that's when she catches the sight of him. His legs out of the blakets and his chest on display.  Her teeth instinctively bite her bottom lip and her eyes can't help but look at him like he's a steak and she's been starving for days. Then the scarps and injuries on his skin catch her eyes.  Natasha grabs a soft towel and dabs it in hot water, coming over to the bed and lightly starting to clean over his wounds. "What would you do without me, you big lug..." she says to herself, just waiting for him to wake up and scream at her for disrupting his sleep. "Alcohol is on the table if you wake up," she whispers against his ear, in Russian.
