10 more bleated minutes
until next year for fucks sake, it’s gonna be a second longer than usual
21:51
And then back to reality hit me. 2015 is over. It was such a memorable year. A year full of lifelessons, bad moments, good moments. A year I was crying my eyes out and where I found myself happier than ever. Exactly one year ago I could never imagined my life this way, life turned upside down. Found myself in the wrong relationship. I was surrounded by people who were more a lesson than a blessing. It was the year I learned that if you ever find yourself in the wrong story: leave.
But it was also the year that a completely unexpected person entered my life and suddenly meant the world to me. Someone who knows me and accepted me. Someone I miss the minute when one of us leaves.
2015 also brought many travels. Berlin, Barcelona, Madrid, Monaco, a roadtrip in Italy, Paris, Valencia and Lisbon. Which isn’t changing in 2016. We’re trying to make as much travels as a year counts months. So this month we’ll be going to Rotterdam, followed by Rome, London and Amsterdam, and I’m pretty sure there’s more to come because we’re trying to keep our resolution.
So, even this is already page 3 of 366 and this text is pretty late. 2016, I’m ready for you.
“New Year New Me”
I’ve been toying with the idea of a blog for a while, and when better to publicly display faux-personal change than at the start of a new year. This is more for me than any of you who manage to stumble upon this in the depths of the website. None the less, if you stick around then expect the rants and semi-lucid ramblings of a British student, with some niceties interspersed. (Spoilers - I have no idea how to use this platform, I could be talking to my toaster right now for all I know).
The first post of the year, my header image - The Curiosity Rover Selfie. One of the finest juxtapositions known to man. At a cost of $2.5 billion, we proud humans have worked together to send a robot the size of a car to our nearest extra-terrestrial neighbour, some 350,000,000 miles away. It’s provided invaluable knowledge of Mars, including atmosphere data, soil analysis samples and several blurry pictures for conspiracy theorists to sweat over. Truly one of the greatest human accomplishments. And then they made it take a selfie.
Welcome to 2016 folks.
It's Still a New Year
So as I'm going through my old posts, I realized that a lot of them are from 2013. If you're unaware of the year or are living under a rock or something, it is now 2015. As I'm reading these posts, I realized that not much has changed honestly. I still love Netflix and Ice Cream, my best friend is still my best friend, and I still spend 7 hours a day at school. Needless to say, I haven't made drastic improvements like I planned, and that's kinda a bummer.
I guess I did kinda realize what needs to be fixed(48 hour Netflix binge watching), and that's an improvement, I think. Anyway, feel free to tell me about how your life has change in 2 years! I'm all ears!

2015... no fixed me
Seems that only I can fix me and this year we/I still rely in others to feel a more "fixed" person. This 2015 my mind still fools around thinking I do not need to be fixed, unconsciously I still doubt if I need to, while the conscious world tells me the opposite.
happy flipping New Years guys, another year of laziness!
