while his copy of a sound is usually lower and slightly distorted, it can easily be mistaken for the real thing if he’s putting effort into it. he normally does this to repeat noises he thinks mean happy (so if someone chitters or trills at him, he’ll copy the sound.) which is fine and dandy until you realize a “happy human sound” can be a giggle
once in a passive round he did something silly that made jane giggle. He copied that and jane lovingly told him to never do that again because because um. Scary?
