Tea Time | Adrian & Manny

On Sunday afternoon, Manny left Jace's room when he was out and made his way to the mall. He winced every few steps, his rear end still aching after his master's abuse to it the other night. Not that it mattered, because now he was going to the tea shop to help Adrian. He didn't think that the man would care for his sob story of his master getting violent with him, so he was going to suck it up for however long and deal. He could do it.

Within a few minutes, Manny arrived at the tea shop and he took a deep breath before he stepped in the door. He'd spent the last few days studying the folder Mr. Calder had given him and he was fairly confident he knew everything there was to know about tea and how to brew it and all that fine stuff. He stepped in the shop, putting on a smile. "Mr. Calder?" he called out. "I'm here, and ready to begin."
