In some cases people within the mist of psychosis can actually perform at a higher level than the rest of society. Some experts believe it can be seen as a sign of spiritual awakening.

- I’ve spoken to other patients who take the medications and the prognosis is usually very poor. They usually crack under certain stressors and go from being higher functioning individuals to performing at a lower than average level.
