ah thank you! i do think that that's sort of at the core of a lot of his motivations when it comes to sirius (at least in my head aha none of this is canon tbf) n i also think its a big part of the reason he ends up forgiving sirius after the prank (especially in a version of events where they were in a prior established relationship). its sort of selfish and fucked and most definitely not sensible n everyone should point and laugh at him for it probably
