André thought that the tea as well as a light meal would suffice for now. Despite how numerous others wanted to treat captured rebels, he knew that showing another an act of kindness could potentially yield greater results rather than just throwing one on a prison ship. Initially, André did not respond. Why should he give such an accusation the time of day? However, it was something that did legitimately, strike at his core. The only response he was able to utter was one that held fire in his voice. "You have truly, no idea what you are speaking of."
