I'm a Hoosier. I know people with HIV, in this state where the governor's policy of shutting down clinics led to an outbreak. I watched in horror as headlines announced the imprisonment of Purvi Patel for the crime of having a miscarriage. Read today how Texas in instating legislation requiring the cremation and burial of fetal tissue in abortions and miscarriages, as Indiana did. I thought we were going to get rid of Mike Pence with this election. Instead, we increased his power exponentially. I've been doing well these past few years, but I'm increasingly depressed again.
25.8.15 | 8.10pm | I am so very very behind my revision for sociolinguistics and my paper is next Tuesday and I have a concepts quiz this Thursday and I didn't revise at all last night because I felt under the weather and now I actually kind of am under the weather fantastic 😭 just gonna try to get as much done before I sleep, hopefully it's a substantial amount
This is completely off track, but... This book-eating bunny that belongs to my Frau completely destroyed my old book over Mengele before I ever had the chance to read it. My Frau found her English hardcover copy of The Complete Story and left it on the dresser earlier this morning, the book-eater casually sitting next to it like he owns the place. Book-eaters and book-lovers do not often exist peacefully together... And now I must read English, which I usually avoid if I can. He may look cute, but he is NOT cute.
