It didn’t take long for Millie to make the decision to take Soupernatural’s soups outside. With the power out, the soups would go bad, fast, and Millie wasn’t the type to let a good soup go to waste. They set up the large stock pots just outside the shop on the sidewalk, offering bowls to those who passed by. It was slow at first, as people were panicking and trying to get home, but as time wore on into the evening, hunger replaced suspicion. It was an odd sight, serving soup to someone all while a few doors down, people had started looting. It was a dangerous time, and Art thought his mom was crazy to think this was a good idea.
