#NotMyClementine
Okay. Clementine would not leave AJ or anyone else behind
The entire point of Clementine’s story was to find a home.
Lee’s story was to ensure Clem’s safety
Even if Christa blamed Clem for Omid’s death, Christa’s job was to ensure Clem’s safety and see that they got to Wellington
Kenny sacrificed himself to ensure Clem and AJ could make it
Kenny, Christa, Luke, Rebecca, Alvin, Sarah, Carlos and Nick all died to ensure Clem and AJ could make it
The ENTIRE POINT of the series was so Clem and AJ could have a home
Who in their fucking mind would think that Clementine would rather fucking be on her own in the fucking apocalypse dealing with Walkers instead of living her best life with her son and her potential love interest???
Clementine abandoning AJ spits in the face of EVERYONE who sacrificed their lives to protect Clem and AJ. It spits in the memory of Lee. It destroys the entire message of Clementine’s story
Clem would not even think of abandoning AJ, Violet, Louis or the other kids...Like I get you were worried about choosing which romance is canon to divide the audience, but this was fucking stupid. Clem was content and happy with AJ and either Vi or Louis.
Clem would not even abandon Ben or Sarah. Clem and AJ said “NEVER GO ALONE” FOR A FUCKING REASON!!!!
I don’t care if the stupid writer didn’t play the games, she should know this goes against EVERYTHING Clementine stands for
Seeing Clem made AJ cry was absolutely fucking disgusting
They retconned Clementine’s happy ending for a stupid clean slate that destroyed her character and the entire point of what everyone died and sacrificed for. You blithering FUCKING IDIOTS
As far as I’m concerned Clementine’s story ended with Take Us Back. AJ and Violet/Louis worked to trade with Richmond and Mike and Bonnie and Carl’s people. I also like to think the 400 Days group would’ve worked with Clem and the others too. The school was rebuilt and improved. Clem got to live happily ever after with Violet or Louis and got to see AJ grow up and live a happy life. Clem got her happy ending.
