So I'm on my way too my friends house one afternoon. In the way there I realize I'm close to this one girl's house who I like. Coincidentally enough is día de Sant Jordi (saint of roses and lovers out in Spain) so I figure, 'hey I'm gonna buy her a rose on my way because her place is right here'. In theory this plan sounded golden. I played the scenario out in my head so many times. We met on tinder, and then met in person like twice, lemme tell you she is drop dead gorgeous. We had a fun time and have been talking for like 3 weeks now. She leaves in a month so I just wanted to do something nice. So, I get to the place and I tell her to look down her window via text...I'm met by a "why are you outside my building." So I tell her, "im on my way to a friend's house and figured I'd stop by. I brought something for you come down for like 2 seconds." I could already tell my plan had failed. So I'm about to send her a message saying I'm leaving and the main door opens, it's her. Before I could say anything she immediately opens with, "I don't like people randomly showing up at my place. I don't know you like that" (she said we're not friends like that but I knew what she wanted to say because she stuttered and changed her wording) I'm standing there holding this rose 🌹 looking and now feeling pretty stupid. So I apologize, hand her the rose and tell her goodbye. As I'm walking away I just think to myself, "well, shit. Looks like you just became the creeper guy she tells her friends about. Nice gesture aside you're now that dude." I mean was it wrong? I told her I was there and why but oh well. Live and learn huh
