Ra’s didn’t expect that everyone who came through the museum would appreciate his tours. He didn’t even expect most people to–modern society seemed to care little for the lessons of history, despite all they ought to learn from it.
But for someone to be so flagrantly rude as to say they were glad it was over to one of their compatriots, and then to suggest such typically terrible choice in cuisine, to boot, was a step beyond even the normal rudeness wrought by disinterest and wandering attention.
