Kang & Kodos and the aliens in gravity falls
Everyone who watched gravity falls knows that aliens crashed into the town millions of years ago. As gravity falls wiki puts it:
The Pan-Dimensional Beings are an ancient alien race. A spaceship crewed by a group of them crash-landed in Gravity Falls, Oregon circa 30 million B.C.E.
This is the skeleton of one of them:
It has a long upper-body and about 4 tentacles.
Does this alien-build seem familiar?
Well it should cuz Kang and Kodos were built the exact same way:
In journal 3, the aliens have 3 pages dedicated to them. Ford wrote down the most interesting parts of the (buried in the ground) spaceship such as it being very big. He also says that the only species he can think of that fits the skeleton he found in the ship. The species are the pan-dimensional creatures from Trilaggxx Beta. They can supposedly exist in seven to eleven dimensions at the same time.
Meanwhile Kang and Kodos stem from Rigel VII and are so-called Rigellians. But who knows, maybe stanford had the wrong name and the aliens in gravity falls were also Rigellians?
The biggest difference between the two seems to be the helmet. Kang and Kodos have a long glass helmet while the gravity falls aliens have a helmet that looks similar to a motorcycle helmet. But it’s important to consider that the gravity falls aliens crashed into gravity falls millions of years before we first see Kang and Kodos. Maybe their species just decided to change Helmets after some time?
Another thing that could connect all of this together is the question:
„why are Kang and Kodos so focused on earth? Specifically springfield?“
My personal answer on this question would be the the Natural Law of Weirdness Magnetism.
Kang and Kodos are attracted to Springfield because theyre supernatural and Springfield seems to attract the supernatural. Maybe that also explains why the Aliens crashed into gravity falls, because they were pulled towards it, like a magnet.
I personally believe that Springfield falls under the Natural Law of Weirdness Magnetism because i think that they are neighboring towns.
Another theory I saw on tiktok is that the blackhole that appears in both series could be a portal that leads from the Gravity falls dimension to Springfield and thats why both of them fall under the Natural Law of Weirdness Magnetism.
