I'm haunted by the reality that is my thoughts. They torment me the reality of what is my present state. I want an escape. I dream of an escape. Escape is my hope...my goal...the only thing I'll settle for. I know it won't happen now. I know it can't even happen soon. Not long term, anyway. But I would give anything for times of escape.
