The table shows the number of students attending the secondary school in four types of schools between 2000 and 2009.

Overall, it can be seen that there was a decrease in the attendance of students in all the types schools, except community schools during the period.

All schools witness a downward trend, except Community Schools which experiences an increase. Voluntary schools, whose the highest attendance in 2000 fell from 52% to 20%, Grammar schools, the second highest, from 24% to 12%, and Specialist schools from 12% to 10%. By contrast, Community schools show an increase, with a significant climb from 12% to 58%.

In 2009, there is a highest attendance of Secondary School than others, is Community School, with 58%, and followed by three types of schools (Voluntary-controlled Schools, Grammar Schools, Specialist Schools) which is noted at 20%, 12%, and 10% each. In addition, voluntary schools show are the drippiest noticeably than others.
