Things I wish I knew last year.
( student edition )
Don't lose hope.
This is very cliche but makes a huge impact on your studies and lifestyle.
I gave up totally on my studies because I was bad at one subject ( chem ) . No wonder i scored 54 % in my boards . Embarrassing
Be friends with genuine people
This helps you grow in many aspects in your life to be honest. Your friend circle in high school matters a lot
They shape what you're thinking.
Do not date
Many might say that it doesn't make sense but this might cause u a lot . You're not mature enough to multitask. This might also give you huge emotional baggage. And trust me you're not dying single. Care less about it.
Being distant with parents
If you're living away from home always be in contact with your parents . Yes , this freedom might feel exciting but it's temporary if you don't do great in your exams .
I lived in a different city for the whole 2 years for my competitive exam preparation ( failed miserably btw ) . I was depressed for a long period cause I was not able to perform well in my weekly mock tests but trust me that's exactly where the 50% of students give up so did i but you shouldn't. Learn from the mistakes they say, well here are mine.
