This veggie pizza is a snack that you can eat without feeling bad about because it is full of healthy foods. It's great for satisfying your hunger without giving up taste.
Ingredients: 1 whole wheat pizza crust. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese. 1 cup sliced bell peppers. 1 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/2 cup sliced black olives. 1/2 cup chopped spinach. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Olive oil cooking spray.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. On a baking sheet, put the whole wheat pizza crust. Smooth out the tomato sauce on top of the crust. On top of the sauce, put some mozzarella cheese. Put spinach, mushrooms, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the pizza. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and dried oregano on top. Spray a little olive oil cooking spray on top. It should be baked in a hot oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
