“I know, it sucks, but it’s not like we can’t talk! We’re talking right now! And you’ll be coming over to see me next month so you can look forward to that!” Hoseok babbled down the phone, trying his best to cheer you up, but it was hard to make someone feel happy about something that you yourself felt sad about. He hated hearing you upset, especially when he couldn’t physically comfort you. For now, though, over the phone would have to do.

After a tiring day all you really wanted was to go to sleep, ‘straight home, straight to bed, straight to sleep’ you’d thought as you’d made your way back from work. You walked through your bedroom door and found your boyfriend, half asleep, sprawled out on the bed. You joined him and moved in close, one of his arms wrapping round your waist, the other straight to your hair to sooth you, no words needed for him to know you wanted to rest. His fingers ran through your hair as your eye lids drooped, and that was all you needed to get to sleep.

Your day hadn’t been too bad, a bit tiring maybe but over all it was ok, nevertheless when you saw Yoongi stood at the school gates you felt 10 times better. 

“How was your day?” he asked as you reached him and you described it as you walked home, hand in hand, smiles on both of your faces. It wasn’t often that Yoongi was able to meet you at school, but it always made you feel better when he could.

You woke slowly, your body registering the comforting warmth behind you as your eyes adjusted to your favourite film playing on the TV screen and Jin’s arms wrapped tightly around your torso.

‘Nice sleep, handsome?’ Jin’s soft voice came from behind you and he pressed his lips to your temple. The film continued to play as you snugged further into his embrace, thinking about just how lucky it was that Jin got given the day off today so you were able to sleep in his arms and watch films.

Omo TAEHYUNG going on a seaside trip, she/her *ㄱ*

‘Y/n, come into the sea!’ Taehyung called back at you as he ran towards the waves with his shorts rolled up, you followed him and watched as he got closer to the calm water. He was approaching a pile of seaweed, slick and slippery from the water lapping over it and you assumed he’d noticed and would run around it, but apparently not. His foot seemed to hover over the algae before it flew away from under him and he was suddenly face down with water bring soaked up by his denim jeans and baggy t-shirt, the same clothes he’d earlier stated he didn’t want to get wet.
