Ich schreibe grade einen Roman und suche Testleser für die ersten paar Kapitel (ca. 18 Seiten) um ein bisschen Feedback zu kriegen :D

Genremäßig Urban Fantasy/Coming-of-Age/ein bisschen Horror/Mystery.

Kleine Summary: Nach einer blutigen Revolution wird die sechsjährige Prinzessin Cyria von Calderia als einzige Überlebende ihrer Familie ins Nachbarland Nior Ase geschmuggelt. Während rebellische Fraktionen einen erbitterten Untergrundkampf gegen das faschistische Regime in Calderia führen, wächst sie in ihrem eigenen Strudel von Angst vor ihrer Verantwortung, Realitätsflucht in den Konsum und den Spuren, die die Geschehnisse dieser Nacht hinterlassen haben, auf. Und dann ist da noch ihre komplizierte Freundschaft mit dem fünf Jahre älteren, rebellischen Caracath, der mit einem plötzlichen Verrat und der anschließenden Flucht vor dem Gesetz ihr Leben für immer prägt.

I've read two reviews for the start of my novel so far and both were like "oh we see so little of the main character's personality, everybody always decides for her" and "the one time she actually decides something entirely herself she's so mean spirited and unsympathetic" and I'm clawing and biting at my enclosure because like that's the pointttt... everybody always decides for her and she lashes out at the whole world to get back the control she doesn't get otherwise, and the reason we see so little from her point of view is because I'm slowly introducing her to the audience....

Also one of the funniest bits I have going on in my novel is that the antagonist gets fucking punched in the face all. The fucking. Time. She gets punched in the very first chapter when she's literally like thirteen. She gets her teeth knocked out by her crush's girlfriend when she's around eighteen. She gets her false teeth knocked out and her nose broken by her crush in her mid twenties. Then like half a year later she gets her nose broken and her new false teeth broken by her crush's girlfriend AGAIN and then her crush headbutts her immediately afterwards and the entire time she's just like ??? I understand you people don't like me but why do you always go for my fucking face???? I like my face whole?????
