Vintage 1981 new wave pin other people would wear to shock back in the day. In LA one could have bought this at a 'quirky' gift and novelty shoppe like Heaven, Aaahs, or a record store. Such buttons, or 'flair', were in fashion and people commonly used them to advertise an identity they wanted people to see as outside the mainstream.
