Psalms 42:11 Why are you cast down, O my soul? and why are you disquieted within me? hope you in God: for I shall yet praise him, who is the health of my countenance, and my God.

With this message is hope. Whenever you feel sad, worried, nervous, wiery, angry or anything that makes you doubt your capabilities or anything that makes you scared, all you need to do is put yout trust to the Lord our God. Praise him and give him thanks. Then, he'll do the work for you.

As human beings as we are, sadness, anger, wieryness are just some of the many things that makes us lose our trust and hope. With this passage, you will realize that when your faith to our God is bigger than those things that weakens your heart, then you'll never lose hope. So whenever im down, dissappointed or something is bothering me, I just pray to the Father and give him all my trust, put a hope in my heart and brain, next thing I know is i feel better. It's different when you have Jesus in your heart.

Prayer: Lord God, thank you for always bring there. For being my shelter whenever I lose a home, for being my water when I'm thirtsty, for being my strength whenever I feel like giving up, thank you for being not only my friend but also for being my father. Thank you for giving me hope, for giving me strength to go on with my life. I promise to live by your words, share your message to the world and continue hoping for the better of each and everyone of us. These we ask, in your most mighty name... amen.
