As with the May 2019 Update, Microsoft is forcing Windows 10 computers that were still running on the October 2018 version to upgrade to the latest feature update – and for a very good reason.
So why is Microsoft choosing this path, you might be wondering? Considering the end of service date for the October 2018 Update, this works as a process designed to keep your computer fully supported, installing all critical monthly updates that fixed major Security loopholes.
