This week’s batch cook recipe was a chicken and vegetable casserole - OMG so tasty (though I say it myself as shouldn’t!) I served this on a bed of couscous and I’m putting in an application to Masterchef as we speak 🤣🤣🤣 I wouldn’t say I’m necessarily enjoying cooking - (enjoying is a strong word lol) but I am enjoying the results. Prep takes bloody ages as my knife skills are utter shite but I’m sure I’ll speed up in time. I’ve got a Ninja Foodi and it’s fantastic, I cooked this recipe all in the one pot so less washing up. I’ve also noticed a big difference in my gas usage so another winner, plus It’s encouraging me to cook from scratch.
