New Ralti ref sheet!

Do I have sketches of other OC's I've been needing to make reference sheets of? Not really. Am I working towards ref sheets since Art Fight is in a month? Lol no, not yet

But! This has been in art WIP hell for a while so I'm glad to be able to post it :]]

I haven't had much art done recently BUT! I have been working on some OC stuff :3

For instance, with the help of some amazing people in the Bug Army discord server I was able to flesh out the entirety of Ralti's cultural outfit!

It's mostly a lazy sketch, but here it is! His planet is covered in trees and is a rainforest-esq environment, and his species lives in the trees, hence his tail and 2 sets of arms.

The pants are tight as to not get in the way, and the top is loose to allow for easy movement of the arms without them being constricted. His species also doesn't wear anything on their feet as they need them free to help grip onto things while climbing!

On the other hand though...

This is his human influenced "cultural" outfit. It's very plain and form fitting, and does include shoes that are very much like climbing shoes. It gets the job done sure, but it lacks that ✨flavor✨ that the true cultural outfit gives (and it's kind of uncomfortable around where the arms connect to his torso)

I'm slowly but surely building up the lore of other characters and different things about their species, just had a big brain blast over my favorite boi >:3c

This is Ralti! One of my characters for a play I'm writing called Now Docking (which I'm pretty sure I've talked about on here before?)

He's a little shit and I both love him and want him to go die<3

I love that I have an idea for an original story, and out of ALL the mediums to produce it

I decided to make it into a possible stage production

Not a comic, not an ASMR RP, not an animation!

a stage play.

Something that's gonna take SO MUCH MONEY and a MIRACLE if I wanna produce it correctly

But I'm gonna try anyways 😭

Because as much as I love art and I wanna improve my artistic skills, having this as a stage play will bring it SO much more life than art ever could

I don't know. I've been having a hard time figuring out the plot, and making a comic series might help me out with it all, but idk
