It's almost time to celebrate Alice! The past 14 months she has been training with me. Her ultimate goal is to compete in her first bikini competition which I'm excited to tell you is today! What a journey it has been for her to get to this point however, she finally did it and I am so proud of her. The whole entire time Alice has been nothing but gracious, humble, and thankful. It's a joy to work with her and incredible to see her spirit through this process. She had some hurdles in the past but there is nothing she can't overcome. Last week Alice called me and shared some devastating news her sister had passed away. Preps are hard in general but there is nothing worse than losing a loved one. Alice I am so sorry for your loss and admire your strength even in the darkest times. You've got this and as you have said your sister would be very proud of you!!! Let's talk about Alice @alin1derlnd my big ray of ☀️ sunshine! I've had the pleasure of training her the past 13 months and we're still going 💪🏼 strong. One of her big goals was to compete in a bikini 👙 competition. Well guess what, she's finally doing it. Since last year we have been training and transforming her physique. It took a lot of hard work and dedication on Alice's end to follow the program. Which is why I am so proud and excited for her big moment this November at the Fox Theatre. Each session she has come ready to work, regardless of how she felt at times. Besides that she has never lost her smile and is always greeting me, Patricia @topphysique, and all the other girls who come through the gym. Alice has been great because she understands what it takes to compete and if your not ready yet. Your simply not ready and there's no reason to be mad about it. Instead work on the things which need improving and go on to the next!
