Isaiah 43:18-19 (NIV) #transformation 👊 Trained for 3 for competitions 3/25/17 NC Mega Muscle (non-sanctioned), 4/8/17 Raleigh NC NPC State Championships and 4/29/17 WBFF Fitness Atlantic. Did 3 Peak Week Show Preps experimenting with different methods to get shredded and ripped. Received input feedback on correction improvements to focus on my posing and conditioning needing more time to develop into a top contender in my classes for either Federation of NPC or WBFF. I've given this transformation 💯 % and I will be taking 6-8 weeks off to have my August 2016 torn collateral ligament finger injury repaired. Then bulking up for 12-16 weeks of training and practice posing for next show. Feeling wide today after a little carb up last night and hitting 5 PRs today. 😊. . Will be eating carnivore and @ketobrick only until Thursday next week to get thoroughly depleted in preparation for the @npcnashvillenightofchampions in about 10 days . My goal after the @nationalathleticketoassn_naka event was to hover around 1700-1800 calories until this next upcoming competition. I have failed at that miserably each day. 😆 It has been more like 2000-2300 calories each day. The rebound hunger after indulging for a couple days after NAKA has been.INTENSE! I fully understand now why @kylewex warned me that it was going to be tough. . The good news is that I have not gained back any fat and have still managed to lose a tiny bit by increasing my energy expenditure through extra volume during my workouts. Mistakes are only truly mistakes when you do not learn something from them. . I am taking the lessons I learned at NAKA and setting my sights on the NPC! The Nashville Night of Champions is a national qualifying competition being held in 3 weeks. I will be heading into it with even more determination and confidence than I had going into NAKA.
